CHANGE IN THE OPENING HOURS OF CLIENT SERVICE CENTRES

Dear Clients,

 

We kindly inform you that in the light of the ongoing epidemiological situation, the order of serving clients is going to change starting from 13 November 2020 (Friday) at the Regional Directorates according to the followings.

 

We serve our clients in:

Budapest on Tuesdays 08.00-13.00,

Szeged on Thursdays 07.30-17.00,

Győr on Thursdays 07.00-17.00,

Debrecen on Thursdays 12.00-17.00,

Miskolc on Wednesdays 07.30.-17.00,

Balassagyarmat on Wednesdays 08.00-17.00,

and Pécs on Mondays 08.00-17.00.

 

On the other days of the week the opening hours remain unchanged.

 

From Friday, 13 November 2020, the client service centres receive customers only with an appointment booked in advance. Please, if you have the opportunity, visit https://enterhungary.gov.hu for managing cases instead of appearing in person.

Asking for an appointment via the online booking system is available only until 16.30. Requests arriving after this time will be deleted, and clients will be informed about that.

 

Your understanding and cooperation is much appreciated.
