Factsheet electronic administration

Dear Clients,

 

 

Please be informed that the Terms of Service regulating the general conditions of the operation of EnterHungary system, the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), entered into force on 10 November 2024.

 

The Terms of Service provides for – inter alia – the general conditions for using the platform, lists the types of applications that can be submitted via the platform, as well as lays down the technical conditions of operation, the rules on processing data, handling complaints and has contact information.

 

Furthermore, the Terms of Service lays down the procedure for deleting data uploaded to the EnterHungary system. To this end, NDGAP shall delete

a) user accounts from which no application has been submitted after 90 days from the date of registration;

b) the attachments of the cases, including uploaded attachments and consignments sent by NDGAP, in which no document has been submitted to the EnterHungary interface by the Client or no procedural act has been recorded by NDGAP in 180 days after the closure of the case. Deletion will not affect metadata of the case.

 

NDGAP will send notifications regarding deletion of data for the first time 15 days prior to deletion and 5 days prior deletion for the second time. Deletion of data happens automatically, deletion can not be postponed or stopped. Registration can be repeated using the same e-mail address.

The deletion of data or the whole account as mentioned above does not affect the data handled by the NDGAP in its registries nor has it any affect on the right to stay in Hungary. The deletion of data uploaded to the EnterHungary system will not lead to the premature deletion of data stored in the registries handled by the NDGAP and it does not mean or will result in the loss of one’s current immigration status. 

 

The Terms of Service can be found on the website of NDGAP and is also available via EnterHungary platform.

 

Use of the EnterHungary platform is conditional on agreement to the Terms of Service please proceed to review it before you start to use the platform.
