Submitting applications for a residence permit for guest workers and for a National Card is available

Dear Clients,

 

Please note that submitting applications for a residence permit for guest workers, as well as for a National Card is available again from 9 July, 2024 (to third-country nationals covered by the country lists under the related Government Decrees).

 

Nationals of the following countries are eligible to be granted a National Card:

1. Bosnia and Herzegovina,

2. Republic of North Macedonia,

3. Republic of Belarus,

4. Moldova,

5. Republic of Montenegro,

6. Russian Federation,

7. Serbia,

8. Ukraine.

 

Nationals of the following countries are eligible to be granted a residence permit for guest workers:

1. The Philippines,

2. Republic of Indonesia,

3. Republic of Kazakhstan,

4. Mongolia,

5. Socialist Republic of Vietnam,

6. Federal Republic of Brazil,

7. Georgia,

8. Kyrgyz Republic,

9. Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,

10. Republic of Colombia.
