Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az orosz-ukrán konfliktussal kapcsolatosan

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság munkatársai komoly erőfeszítéseket tesznek annak érdekében, hogy a folyamatos tájékoztatás és segítségnyújtás mellett, a rendvédelmi hatósági munkavégzés gördülékenyen menjen. A Főigazgatóság a budapesti BOK Csarnokban kialakított átmeneti várakozóhelyen az idegenrendészeti és menedékes eljárással kapcsolatosan segíti az ukrán-orosz fegyveres konfliktus elől menekülőket.

A háború kitörése óta az elmúlt egy napban az eddigi legnagyobb számban regisztrált hatóságunk menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet. Egy nap alatt 946 menedékes kérelmet nyújtottak be az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóságnál.

 

Az Ukrajnából menekülők a határmentén kialakított gyűjtőponton, illetve a Főigazgatóság bármely ügyfélszolgálatán benyújthatják a szükséges tartózkodásra jogosító okmányok megszerzésére irányuló kérelmeiket. A fővárosban menedékeskénti elismerést kérők továbbra is a külön ügyfélfogadási renddel működő, Harmat utca 131. szám alatt található ügyfélszolgálati irodán adhatják be kérelmeiket. Ezt a hét minden napján és munkaszüneti napokon is megtehetik.

 

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán háború kitörése óta – 2022. március 23. 12:00 órai adatok alapján - eddig 5915 fő menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált.

Please be informed that you may request the issuance of your residence permit under transitional provisions of the new aliens policing legislation on the admission and residence of third-country nationals for one of the legal titles as per the new aliens policing legislation if you are a holder of a valid residence permit under the previous legislation. Please note that only applications for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted in person or via the Enter Hungary system. The extension of a residence permit is not allowed under the transitional rules. An application for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted 45 days before the date of expiry of the residence permit the soonest. In case of residence permits expiring between 1 March 2024 and 1 April 2024, an application for the issuance of a residence permit is to be submitted the latest on the last day within the validity period of the residence permit concerned.
